Unfolder Overview

This is a 3D model unfolding tool to help you create papercraft easily and quickly. Personal observation: Mac native, perfect OSX look and feel, beating Pepakura and Blender's export in ease of use and customization. Exports 3D models to paper folding or CNC. It also syncs with Blender and Cinema4D and soon with Maya.

It can generate 2D patches for your 3D models in a single drag-and-drop. The unfolding algorithm is innovative and highly optimized for papercraft to minimize your effort in further editing.

It provides you with tools to switch, add, remove and reshape the flaps. Furthermore, it can automatically optimize the shape of flaps to avoid collision. It allows you to customize the color, thickness and dashing of lines. You can individually control the appearance of the cutting line, ridge-fold line, and valley-fold line.
